I posted the following message on the list several days ago and also sent same
to Linuxcare (the support service for the Macmillan Software version of
Mandrake).  I've gotten no response from Linuxcare except the message-received
acknowledgement. In the meantime, I've installed RedHat 5.2, RedHat 6.1,
Turbolinux 6.0 and various Caldera distros on the same partition with no
problem.  I would have tried a commercial version of Mandrake if I could find
one in the stores. I would recommend caution to those considering buying the
Macmillan Software versions of Mandrake.  In my opinion, the Macmillan distro
is bad advertising for the full-blown Mandrake package!
