Same thing happens to me on one of my machines. It is an
AMD K6-2 450mhz
processor on a motherboard that will do both AT and ATX
power supplies.
Since it happens after the filesystem is unmounted I figure
it is doing no
harm. I think it is telling my system to power off the ATX
power supply
when I don't have one. No big deal. I usually just do a
reboot on that
system and hit the power button during post.
