I want to use KDE's DPMS stuff, but it doesn't work, although my
monitor does support DPMS. May it be that my BIOS is not configurated
right? Here are the BIOS entries:
IPCA Functino: Disabled
Power Management: User Define
PM Control by APM: yes
Vidoe Off Option: Supend -> Off
Video Off Method: DPMS Support
Modem Use IRQ: 3
Soft-Off by PWRBIN: Instant-Off
** PM Timers **
HDD Power Down: Disable
Doze Mode: Disable
Suspend Mode: Disable
** PM Events **
VGA: Off
LPT & COM: LPT/COM
HDD & FDD: ON
Wake up on LAN: Enabled
Modem Ring Resume: Enabled
RTC Alarm Resume: Disabled
