Hi, I'm having problems starting x and was wondering if anyone else has this problem. When I log in as root, do startx, it works fine. If I login under my user account, (under which I setup my internet account using kppp), and try startx, nothing happens up unless I hit ctrl - c twice, then I get the message: hostname lookup failure And x starts a works fine.
