Off the topic, but I was wondering if you could tell me what type of laptop you're running and how it's worked out for you with Linux?  I'm thinking down the road for one and have heard quite a list of hardware problems; a big one seems to be the modems.  What maker / model would you say has the most compatibility with Linux?
