Has anyone else tried to call their phone support and gotten the message that there is
none? Is anyone else angry that they paid extra for phone support and instead they
have to slog through a lot of mail and wait a long time to possibly get an answer from
someone gracious enough to care and then if it a complication occurs, you have to put
it off for yet another day when you can find a spare moment in your crazy life?
