Well, you can change the two fat partitions you mentioned.... just not the
NTFS one, so either/both of those 2 Gig Fat partitions would work fine.

  If you have the full version of PartationMagic you can move, resize,
delete or add partitions at will including NTFS file systems. If you are
using the PM that comes with the Mandrake CD you CAN NOT modiy NTFS
partitions. So the answer to your question is YES and NO. Which PM do you
have?
