Now we get into boot init files :)
Okay, generically speaking, anything that's put at the end of
/etc/rc.d/rc.local will get run at the end of boot time.
BUT, this may not be the right way to start an ftp server on your machine.
The correct way to start an ftp server would be to take a look at
/etc/inetd.conf
This file selects all the internet services you want running.  This is a
much more accepted way.  Either way will work though.
