Umm.... okay.
Well, hrm... how to start.
Basically IMHO the easiest way to do this isn't through a GUI.
Go to a terminal, then change directories to /home/Bob/Netscape/caitoo (Or
whereever it unpacked to).
In there, there should be (probably) an INSTALL file... read it.
Generally the standard way to compile things is to run
./configure
make
make install
that should compile everything provided you have Make, gcc, etc installed.
Good luck!

I have struggling with the installation of Netscape 4.7, obtained
from
Linux-Mandrake 7.02 cd. Since I was not able to invoke the program I
removed
it and reinstalled Netscape 3.04
I have also attempted to download Netscape 4.7 from TUCOWS, however
my
server continues to kick me, usually with 50% of the download accomplished.
Some how I ran across CAITOO-0.6.6.tar.gz, a substitue for M$
Go-zilla. Using tar xvzf (etc) now have the files(s) in my
/home/Bob/Netscape
directory. It is becoming clear that I have not complied the file.

Questions: Not understanding exactly "Source Code" I am at a lost to
locate it, and run the compile program. I assumed that the "source code"
would
be located in the above mentioned directory. Frankly, as this is my first
attempt downloading taz files, I would not know if my attemps are
misdirected. The information gathered is from the "Readme" and KDE's
explanation on compiling.

        Thanks in advance.
