You mean /tmp ?? 
There is no so much space to win when deleting this one.
Try:
mkdir /tmp
mkdir /tmp/.X11-unix
mkdir /tmp/.font-unix
and reboot with runlevel 3, startx.
If you mean /my account/tmp,
There is no any file X need.
