I am using mandrake 7.0 and have a soundblaster awe
64 card. The sound works fine after running soundconfig but the mixer settings
never save after I shut down and when I reboot the system comes on very loud. Is
there a way to save the mixer settings so when it boots it would not come on so
loud and I will not have to reset them every time. I have posted this question
before but got no reply. I would like to know if there is a fix for this problem
and does anybody else experiece this to?
