[newbie] LILO and Windows2000

Hello!

My current hard drive configuration is:

C: 4.5Gb, bootable, Windows98 SE
D: 4.5Gb, Windows2000

I have a dual boot system, and therefore use a Windows2000 boot manager.
I plan to shrink D: to 2.5Gb, and make a third and fourth partitions:
Linux's / and swap. Obviously, the Install will install LILO as loader.
My question is: After the install, will I be able to boot into both
Windows2000 and Windows98?
