Hi,
I have just intalled the Mandrake. The installation
is quite easy compared with other linux product.
Just now I reboot my system. Just five seconds
after the pc restarted, there is a screen asking
me if I need to configurate my hardware. Then I answer
"yes", the next screen said that something regarding
my CDROM configuration is deleted.
Then it asked me to pick one of the following,
(1)delete configuration
(2)keep configuration
(3)do nothing
I answer do nothing
>From then on I am unable to access to my CDROM.
when I type
ls -l /mnt/cdrom
the answer is always
ls: /mnt/cdrom: Input/output error
Can some people there help me to get my CDROM working?
