Just letting you know that I re-installed MDK 7.0 and found out that the
installation had not installed the kdpms package. This time I made sure that
it was installed and now dpms is shown on the Control Center.

When installing in Expert mode, it is best to go back over the selected
packeges to ensure that all selected packages are still on the list. The GUI
installation package seems to have a nasty way of unselecting pagkages that
have been selected for installation.
