[newbie] trouble with Star Office

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this trouble with Star
Office. When I attempt to "update" the email, (get S/O to contact my ISP's
POP3 server) I get an error. A very generic error message that doesn't
mean a lot to me, but says, "can't connect to Pop3 server."

Can anyone shed any light on this?
