John, you can go into KPPP setup and click on your intenet service so that edit  
becomes
enabled. Click on edit you will see a tab that has IP, click that tab and you can put 
a check
in the box for "dynamic IP address" this will allow the ISP server to assign an 
address each
time you dial in. I am assuming you use a dial up modem because everyone I know that 
has a
cable modem or DSL etc is on-line all the time and are asigned a static IP.  I think 
that you
should find it ok if you look around in setup, I hope I was clear enough to help.
