[newbie] E-APPLETS!!!!

I'm running Gnome w/Enlightment as my window manager, and the first time i
loaded enlightment, i opened up some e-applets.  Now it seems, everytime i
login, it spawns 5 copies of like 6 different e-applets!!!!  I have to kill
like 40 processes to get rid of them all.  I checked my startup programs,
and there was nothing listed.  What loads all the e-applets?!?!?
