Hello all,
Trying to install 7.1 on a Toshiba Tecra 8100 with an S3 Savage/MX video
chip. Has anyone been successful editing their XF86Config files?
Just curious, I had previously used RH6.2 on a another Tecra 740 system but
with a 6 gb drive.
My new machine has an 18 gb drive and I partitioned it for W2K Pro, Win
98SE, and 7.1. The boot mgr works great on a drive
larger than 1024. It did give me an error starting W2K (couldn't find Kernal
file NTOS something but I believe that is a Boot.ini problem,) but other
than that, works great.
Install of 7.1 was great.
