What sort of USB devices are supported by the kernel in 7.1? I was wondering. Now, since upgrading to 7.1, my USB hub has lit up, apparently being detected properly. I have a USB scanner and webcam...don't have any idea if there's a way to get those working in 7.1. I've read in Maximum Linux that the new development kernels are the only ones with true USB support. Is this true? Thanks.
