[newbie] imwheel controls

I read somwhere on this newslist that one can control the speed the mouse
scrolls at and I unfortunately did not save the message.  Drakeconf (mouse part)
only asks what kind of mouse you have. 

My scroll is much too jerky in its movement.  Where can I find the control for
the scroll mouse?
