Since you clearly did not save the welcome message from the list when you subscribed: For a start: to leave the list: send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with in the body text just the word unsubscribe To stop getting mail for a while, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and in the body write set newbie nomail To get mail again do the same, just write then set newbie mail
