Here on the Gulf of Mexico I share your thunderstorm and power
inconsistency problem, I solved mine by buying an el cheapo "Powerware
600" from Sam walmarts..for $119...
That was five years ago and it has done a perfect job up to
and including the storm of last evening...I expect it to quit after
all these years and when it does I shall get another just like it...it
performs flawlessly.
