if you cant connect something is wrong in your system your isp or worse yet 
yourself but lets stick with your system and your isp, isp may be preventing 
access like if your in a university they will block it to save bandwidth on 
their server, your computer could be misconfigured or you have an outdated 
piece of trash that is slow as heck and napster just wont let you log on! 
then theirs you.................................................
