I had 7.0 running on my Toshiba T4500C - 486dx40/540mb/16mb for a while.
Pretty sluggish when compared to my Pentium 120!! But it did work.
My work around was to copy the install cd onto another hdd. open the
case and
using a fudged connector, ran the unstall from the 2nd hdd.
It was purely an experiment and for my part only for the hell of it.
What I have done since with that beastie is reinstall Windows 3.1, trim
out all the fluff and useless stuff so I can use it to transfer data
place to place.
However I agree with Tom, not a very useful Linux machine in todays'
world.
