[newbie] Configuring Grub

I just recently installed Linux Madrake 7.1 Complete.
I am interested in finding out how to edit the configuration of Grub
(default boot).
In specific, I am interested in changing the # of seconds before it is
automatically loaded, and which hard drive (I have two hard drives with
two operating systems) is the default operating system to load.
