LOL...no bubble burst here...if it looked like I said I opened multiple
instances of Netscape, I worded myself poorly. What I meant to say was I
opened every pig I could, in KDE (I usually use the much more memory
friendly blackbox) including, but not limited to - netscape, xmms (playing
mp3s, of course) GIMP (with big graphic opened in it), Knode, realplayer
(not playing anything), a whole mess of terminals, blah blah
blah...checking free -m every couple minutes. Never even touched swap :-)

I'm a happy camper with my Compaq right now...
