Download:
binutils-2.10.1.0.2-3mdk.src.rpm
from a mdk mirror:
for example:
ftp://ftp.ciril.fr/pub/linux/mandrake-devel/SRPMS
rebuild and you will find:
libbinutils2-2.10.1.0.2-3mdk.i686.rpm
libbinutils2-devel-2.10.1.0.2-3mdk.i686.rpm
binutils-2.10.1.0.2-3mdk.i686.rpmk
