I experience the following problem:
[root@srv1 /root]# mount -t nfs srv0:/home/courses /mnt/tmp
mount: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = Connection refused
RPC is up on this machine:
[root@srv1 /root] # service portmap status
portmap (pid 495) is running...
and mandrake machines masqueraded by srv1can mount those diectories
without a problem.
I don't know anymore where to look...
