[newbie] Startup files

ok, I have Mandrake Linux 7.0, and a small problem, it keeps setting the
time wrong on boot up. I see a line that says
setting time to: blah blah       [  OK  ]
I was wondering where is it getting that information at so I can go in and
edit it accordingly.
