click on DrakConf (on your desktop, usually top of screen)
click on Package manager (bottom of screen after DrakConf opens)
It will load al the rpm packages available to you
You can search through them manually or
type Star in the search field and it will list them, the staroffice-en is 
english version, -fr is the french etc etc
Then click the box next to the one you want, make sure it puts a check mark 
in the box
Click on Install selected (up top, big red circle icon)
and your pretty much done.

If you don't have Mandrake then ya gotta do the terminal stuff listed by 
Anthony.
