[newbie] Xemacs

I am using Xemacs 21.1 and would like to change the configuration 
of the keyboard so as to move around in - more or less - the same way I used 
to do under Win98, let's say. I am mainly refering to the arrows on the right 
end side of the keyboard and the combination shift+arrow and ctrl+shift+arrow. 

Apologies if the question sounds too simple or it's been discussed already on 
the list before, but I am being too slow in this way ...
