What version of KDE are you using and how did you get there? There were
about 7 different versions made available for 7.2 users and only a couple had
that problem.
TO correct it, save your KDE configuration files (they are . files in your
home directory)
urpme qt
urpme kde
Then run a LIVE UPDATE from MandrakeFreq.... You should have no trouble
after that.
