The information is in the header to each email.  It is also on the 
linux-mandrake.com web site (as well as a button to push to get off)

Simply send email to

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

with the message

unsubscribe newbie

And as soon as the queue of unsent mail to you is exhausted you will receive 
no more.
