Can someone direct me to a site with printable doc, preferably ASCII, for Kmail and the KDE 2 newsreader (Knode?). I like to read the directions before I set up and use software and I prefer not to do my reading from a computer. I looked at the howto and mini-howto list but couldn't find anything. I have found Kmail doc at the KDE site, but in HTML, which doesn't lend itself to easy printing. (Or is there a secret to printing out a whole HTML doc without pulling up each section from the TOC?)
