[newbie] can't install mandrake 8.0

Hi, I tried to install mandrake 8.0 over my mandrake 7.2 but it gave an
error at the beginning :" unable to load second stage ramdisk ".
I have to Hard disks and mandrake 7.2 is installed on the secondone.
