My scanner Epson Perfection 1240U (USB) does not work on my Mandrake 8.0 despite
it is in the list of supported hardware of SANE.
At boot i have the following messages:

and it seems OK to me.
But the answer at the command "scanimage --list-devices" is that no
scanner is found.
Can you help me?
