[newbie] Winmodem ?

Hello,
 
I am no sure if i have a Winmodem, but when i try to intall theDiamond SupraSST 56 i PRO DT in LM8.0, in the diferent options that i can choose don't it appears.
 
Someone can tell me where i can read and obtain some driver to intall this modem.
