hi all. i have just installed xine 0.5.0 from tar gz files. i have followed the usual procedure, tar xvzf xine-*.tar.gz configure make install and that went fine, compiled for 5 minutes, but now i am unable to find the file that launches the app..... sometimes things like that really make you doubt of ur IQ. i have tried the howtos, but it appears that it should be straight forward, i should be able to launch it from console ($xine) but it then replies that the file or command doesn't exist..... any idea?
