No.
This is simply a saftey measure.
Even it you do a proper shut-down each time, after a partition
has been mounted a specific number of times, I believe the default 
is 20, since the last fsck then at the next reboot fsck will run
forced.
As I said it is simply a saftey meassure and nothing to worry about.
