Assuming the printer is properly shared on the Win95 system, then configuring the printer with kups will probably do the trick. kups is the KDE CUPS config program, works quite well. I had problems getting the Mandrake printer setup utility to work with my own Samba-shared printer, but kups worked perfectly the first time.
