linuxdoc.org howtos for everything you ever wanted to do with an Os and probably quiet a few that you haven't.... everything IPMASQ networking dialup the whole lot,,, thats what I would start with... be careful though, alot of them will be talking about ipchains, which your default mandrake install will not support.
