What is your problem with your Linux box?
Is fortune spewing this rubbish out and you want to turn it off?
Maybe you want it to give you a fortune each login? In that case, edit your
relevant configuration file for your shell and call fortune from it. You
could even put in somewhere like /etc/.profile and all users would get it.
Other than that, you're going to have to give us more details before we can
help you with your problem.
