What i would like to do is to set postfix to send non-local emails through an email gateway unless the message is sent from a particular IP address. I've basically setup a linux box as our intranet server. If it needs to send an email to any of our exchange email users it uses the exchange smtp host to send it, if its a local user postfix sends it itself. Now this works fine, except if i send an email to an address external to our network, for example to a hotmail account, it gets bounced from the exchange server as recipient unknown (it gets there if i try to use outlook). I only need to use it to send external address for my own use (;)) cos i don't like using exchange server for my personal emails (do that is actually a sackable offence!) Any suggestions / help / websites will be great TIA Jamie _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
