Does anyone know of any action games that are done in the console (probably using ncurses)? I mean games that use text characters to produce all the graphics, you could run the game without X installed at all.
I keep downloading games that claim to be "console" games, compiling them, then running them and they pop up in kde as a graphical game. Getting frustrating :) Matt
