Hello, I repost this message as I've got no reply, and I need to be sure about that stuff to solve another problem.
I would like to know whether or not ttyS3 and ttyS03 are the same thing ? dmesg | grep tty, gives me : ttyS00 at 0x03f8 (irq = 4) is a 16550A ttyS03 at 0x02e8 (irq = 3) is a 16550A but I don't have a device ttyS03 but ttyS3. Why does it give me "03" instead of "3" ? Thanks. Francois
