Actually there is an ICQ trouble all over the world for 4-5 weeks. They changed some stuff in their servers, so that servers work better with icq2000. If you are using any other icq client, (even mirabilis 99b) you can log hardly, with one account, but can log in easily with another. You get offline messages forever, untill you login with an icq2000 client, or not get any offline messages at all. They simply force you to use icq 2000 :( I believe that these troubles will stay still, untill an icq client will act like icq 2000.
