[newbie] SSH via FTP

Hi!   I have configure the OpenSSH at my Linux Server. I can telnet by using Putty ..but not FTP.     Can some help me ..how can I use FTP via my Linux Server with SSH.   What program should I download it.       Best Regards, SKLIM
