Xsturm....as root, load the /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 into an editor and make this line (line #219): Option "DPMS" "on" look like this: # Option "DPMS" "on" the addition of the # at the beginning of the line is called 'commenting it out' and disables that line, thus disabling DPMS. :) -- Alan
