This happenned to me as well.  Did you by any chance update her kernel
(the kernel module is compiled for the stock kernel).

What I did was download the source rpm and then (as root):

rpm --rebuild NVIDIA_kernel.src.rpm
rpm -ivh /usr/src/RPM/RPMS/i686/NVIDIA_kernel...rpm

then install the NVIDIA_GLX.rpm
