There should be a symlink/usr/java pointing to your java executable. Yours appears to be pointing to the kaffe executable.
just delete it and remake it with the correct destination. 'whereis java' will tell you where any symlinks or executables are on your system. Kaffe sometimes gets installed as a dependency without you intending it.
